Artist Jane Bush tried Chalkola chalk markers on her chalkboard coffee table. She likes the table because she can doodle and experiment as she relaxes if the spirit moves her. Today she used Chalkola chalk markers to create a beautiful work of art.

Jane loves bright, vivid colors so Chalkola chalk markers are perfect for what she had in mind. Jane’s chalkboard coffee table has been created out of non porous material. Chalkola chalk markers work best on non porous surfaces. They can be used on porous materials but the ink tends to soak into the media. She starts with a gold metallic marker. The metallic markers need no preparation but are ready to use straight out of the box. Jane switches to the Platinum series markers, her favorite among all the Chalkola markers. Their 3 in 1 nib lets her control her lines and allows her to create effects without changing markers. She uses the brilliant yellow chalk marker to create some contrast and drama. She returns to the metallic markers to sketch in some details of the face. Filling in more detail of the face with the regular sized markers, she goes back to the Platinum series to frame the features. Jane gives her creation a fun title with the red metallic marker. If you want brilliant colors and dramatic effects, Chalkola Chalk Markers have what it takes!
